By request of our vendors, we have marketing packages to help them promote their store.
It is as easy as one, two click. First, select your vendor membership, then insert your details in our vendor registration form. The webmaster will be notified, and will approve your store.
On approval, you’ll receive an email with your store details.
Not difficult at all. After you have registered, and your account has been approved by our webmaster, you will be able to start setting up your store. You can customise your store, and start adding products.
The cool ting? We have set up a knowledge base to help you step by step, and to help you understand the basics of the how, what, when and where’s. And if you need help, we’re a support ticket away.
Yes you can! But, we need you to verify your identity in the verification tab in store manager, before we make any payouts. We would need a copy of your ID and proof of banking of the account you choose to have your sales withdrawn to.
Why do you need to send these documents? Because we want to protect you, the buyers of your products and us. It’s that simple.
We charge 5% commission on all sales made, and 3.5% transaction fee – that’s 8.5% in total. A R10 payout fee is charged when a withdrawal is made by a vendor.
Real Rugby uses Payfast, a secure payment gateway that accepts VISA, Mastercard, Instant EFT, bitcoin and many more. The customer pays Real Rugby, who in turn pays the vendor once the minimum threshold has been reached and the vendor requests a withdrawal.
Vendors on Real Rugby can request a payout (withdrawal) via their store manager dashboard. The minimum threshold is R500 in sales, which has matured for 2 days. The maturation period is in effect to ensure fraud does not occur, and that the vendor’s transaction is protected. Every withdrawal made is subject to a flat R10 withdrawal charge.

You get full access to our store manager and the professional dashboard. The dashboard also includes a customer support system, helping you communicate with your customers.

All vendors are responsible for their own shipping, courier and delivery charges. It is not the responsibility of eTailer to arrange a courier or delivery of products sold. We have set up prepackaged shipping rates, aligned to the most popular shipping and courier costs in South Africa, which vendors can choose from.
If you would like a different shipping type, you can add it from your dashboard, or request the store admin to set it up for you.
